1. Services Provided

We offer residential and commercial window cleaning and related exterior cleaning services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Quotes

Quotes requested through our Wix website or forms are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual job conditions differ (e.g., window count, accessibility, buildup). Any changes will be communicated before work begins.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated.

We accept payments through Jobber, including credit/debit cards and other available methods.

Invoices not paid within [X days] may be subject to late fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Access to Property

Customers must ensure access to all service areas at the scheduled time. This includes:

Unlocking gates

Moving obstacles

Securing pets

If we are unable to access the property, a service fee may apply.

6. Weather Policy

Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions (rain, storms, extreme temperatures). We will contact you to arrange a new time.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of service. We will return to address any issues at no additional charge.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Squeegee Bros Services LLC is insured; however, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to windows, frames, or seals

Scratches, cracks, or defects in older or compromised glass

Damage caused by faulty or deteriorating materials

Improperly installed windows or screens

9. Screens & Window Condition

We take care when handling screens, but we are not responsible for damage to:

Brittle or sun-damaged screens

Loose or improperly installed screens

Please notify us of any concerns prior to service.

10. Use of Water & Utilities

We may use on-site water for cleaning purposes unless otherwise arranged in advance.

11. Photos & Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos for marketing purposes. No personal or identifying information will be shared without permission.

12. Website Use

By using our Wix website, you agree not to misuse the site or submit false or misleading information.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
